Here at Industrial Manufacturing, quality
control starts the minute a job comes in the door. Every order
is checked and rechecked. Every design detail is examined and
re-examined for accuracy. Every job is inspected and
re-inspected at every work station. If it doesn’t measure up,
we go back to the drawing board - at our expense. And that’s
just for starters. Ultimately nothing leaves our plant without
an OK from quality control. With over 40 years of experience
in the department, they have the final word. When quality
control signs off on a job, it’s our guarantee to you that
it’s 100% accurate.

Our
customers really like our “just-in-time” stocked
parts program. It not only saves them a great deal
of money, it takes the worry out of quick
turnarounds for those high-wear items. Here’s a good
example of how it works. We’ll reverse-engineer your
part, improve it if appropriate, and when you give
us the go-ahead, we’ll run a quantity of three times
your order. We’ll hold the extra parts in our store
room for you to draw on us as needed. Everybody
wins. We get increased production efficiency, and
you get our large quantity parts price. After our
engineering staff works their magic, you might just
find that your problem part is much less of
a problem. For
example, a simple Teflon coating may be just the
ticket to prevent premature wear from friction. Send
